1. Go to Paypal.com and click ‘sign up’ menu or button. Choose your country, language and account type. For first start, better you use Personal account type.
2. Fill the registration form with your true information in order to make all process then easily if there is a problem with your account. Don’t sign the “Link my credit card so I can start shopping right away” option because you can add the info later after signing up.
